Finance Project Head

Job Responsibilities

Drive Annual budgets, Financial Forecasting, Financial Reports, and projections for Accurate Reporting
Manage periodic cash flows with insights, and provide management with in-depth analysis of fund flow reports at the project & company level
Proven expertise in project management for financial planning and analysis of business
Should be apt at handling internal & external audits, and managing statutory compliances as per requirements
Act as Financial Controller, controlling and monitoring balance sheets concerning time and costings

Review detailed analyses of structural components, including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and other load-bearing elements
Review structural load calculations, including live loads, dead loads, wind loads, seismic loads, and other environmental factors
Ensure all designs adhere to national and international building codes and standards
Utilize structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAFE) to model and simulate the behavior of structures under different conditions
