Finance Project Head
Job Responsibilities
Drive Annual budgets, Financial Forecasting, Financial Reports, and projections for Accurate Reporting
Manage periodic cash flows with insights, and provide management with in-depth analysis of fund flow reports at the project & company level
Proven expertise in project management for financial planning and analysis of business
Should be apt at handling internal & external audits, and managing statutory compliances as per requirements
Act as Financial Controller, controlling and monitoring balance sheets concerning time and costings
Should have working and detailed knowledge of tax planning and tax management, company law matters, trademarks and registration, and managing investor relations
Experienced in handling banking relationships including providing timely information to financial institutions
Should be agile and understand the criticality of business & be apt in managing internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Attributes

Hospitality Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a Hospitality Manager with a passion for service excellence and a flair for creating memorable experiences. This role involves overseeing our hospitality operations to ensure they meet our high standards and enhance our clients' satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality services in a real estate context.
Key Result Areas
Develop and implement strategies to elevate the client experience across our properties.
Manage day-to-day hospitality operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Train and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional client services.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to host client events, property viewings, and other engagement activities.
Oversee the maintenance, presentation, and overall ambiance of our properties to ensure they meet our standards of luxury and comfort.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels; Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

Oversee and streamline billing and contract administration processes
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices to clients
Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Implement and maintain systems for tracking contracts, invoices, and payments
Manage and resolve billing and contractual disputes
Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and contract management
Check and approve the contractor's Bills, Extra Items and /or substituted Items
Technical Review of certified measurements of vendors

Desirable Attributes
A Professional with multi-industry exposure in an ERP Environment with 15-plus years of experience
MBA with B Tech/ BE from a reputed institution
Responsible for ongoing management of purchasing strategy and activity and for ensuring optimal supplier performance and price
Well-versed and adept at MS Excel & and billing/contract management software
Strong knowledge of contract law, financial principles, and best practices in billing
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
